Our main accommodation in Heswall offers four fantastic bedrooms with ensuite facilities, a shared kitchen, living area, and outdoor play area. Our Wallasey centre accommodates one family at a time, offering a cozy bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living space. Both centres provide a protective, family-friendly environment, have 24/7 CCTV monitoring and full accessibility for disabled families.

Whether families require assistance from our friendly support team with tasks like bottle preparation, nappy changes, or cooking nutritious meals, or if they simply want to enjoy some quality time in our garden area, we provide comprehensive support throughout their stay. While we offer essential items, we encourage families to bring their own toys to take home with them.

Additionally, we offer a variety of specialised services such as visits from local healthcare organisations or counselling sessions tailored to each family. Our dedicated team of family support workers ensures all their needs are addressed.

Both our Heswall and Wallasey centres are equipped with essential amenities to support individual families as they undergo parenting assessments. We also make special efforts to decorate the houses for various seasonal events like Halloween and Christmas, and we ensure that birthdays are celebrated, providing memorable experiences for all children.
