We recognise that parenting is both challenging and rewarding, and we're here to provide extended support to ensure positive changes are made in the lives of the child/ren.

We provide a variety of additional and specialised services to equip parents with the tools they need to reach their full potential. Over the past nine years, we’ve assisted over 90 families, thanks to our dedicated team of motivated family support workers who always prioritise the best interests of parents.

We understand each parent in our care faces unique challenges during their 14-week programme. That's why our team is best suited to provide tailored support to meet their individual needs.

Parents will be met by our warm and friendly team, who will support them on a 1-1 basis throughout their programme. We work alongside specialist therapists and counsellors, support workers, and person-centred practitioners, to ensure parents are able to implement positive changes within their families life.

Our programme will provide parents plenty of opportunity to reflect and learn from their previous experiences. This support is gradually reduced throughout their stay, to enable parents to demonstrate their commitment to care for their child ahome independently.

We provide parents with the skills and tools to care for themselves, and to positively support their child/ren going forward.

Social Workers conduct weekly Parenting Assessment sessions to enhance parents’ childcare knowledge. Support Workers also lead life skills sessions, tailored to individual needs, covering basic tasks like bottle preparation and overall family well-being. Our programme encompasses teaching healthy meal preparation, participating in baby groups, managing home conditions, financial budgeting, and more. These sessions aim to provide parents with a better understanding of how to care for themselves and their child/ren going forward.
